How can I get rid of cellulite in my thigh area?
Cellulite in my thigh are started as soon as I hit age 20 and by age 29, it's worse. I have exercised running every day for 7 years. I figured the only way to minimize it was by doing aerobic exercise. I also started lifting weights. I don't think any of the leg lifts, squats, lunges, plies, etc. that I have tried over the years have really done anything at all to help. I also saw a nutritionist and have been on a low fat no saturated or trans fats especially , high fiber diet and also eat no red meat. No burgers. No fries. Nothing. My BMI is currently 19.8. Even if I drop below 19 BMI, which I feel is too low, I still had embarrassing cellulite. I want to be able to wear a swimsuit or wear shorts shorter than knee without embarrassment. What is causing my cellulite? Weight maintenance has really not done much to help. Does anyone else have this cellulite problem, despite years of effort? Has anyone else found a solution? people tell me that i have a great butt all the time, but I'm starting to see a little flab come on, like cellulite. There is some on my butt and upper thigh. I am going to a pool party in a couple of weeks and i need to make sure that i live up to my expectations. Does anyone know any quick, easy exercises to firm tone my legs butt? I know you need to lose weight and that you can't target weight loss, but are there any exercises I can do to tone that area on the back of my thighs? I'm not overweight by any means. I'm 5' 3" and around 108 to 111 pounds or approximately 1.6 meters and 50 kilos .But I have cellulite on my thighs and butt that is quite gross looking How to get rid of it? I've heard that massaging it works is this true?
